All were 5 dot unless they had excellent primary stats like an arrow mod with a primary of speed, or a plus sign mod with a primary of Tenacity, and etc. All of the Toons I used had very decent Mods, but none of them were as nice as the mods I use for my Arena Squad except maybe Leia’s & R2’s mods. I will only include details about Tier lll and beyond, because that is where the Event starts to get challenging.
